September saw Freedom Brewery take delivery of their five hives, complete with honey bees. Because of the lateness of the season these bees will be fed to ensure their survival over winter. The hives have been placed at the foot of Freedom Brewery's water purification system, which is to be planted with reeds and willows from which the bees will benefit.
